Ad Broker System — Full Release (Summary)
The Ad Broker system is now fully integrated across allocation management, client controls, reporting, contracts, and permissions. Ad Brokers buy ad inventory from Clients and sell it to Advertisers.
1️. Broker Allocation Management
Ad Brokers can now:
- Allocate contracted ad inventory percentages per client
- Manage advertiser creatives and impression weights
- Automatically sync and cascade deletions across ads and block rules
2. Client Oversight & Blocking
Clients gain full visibility and control over broker-served ads:
- View all broker advertisers running on their inventory
- See reserved broker percentages
- Block specific broker advertisers or ads (globally or per Spime)
3. Slot Awareness & Validation
Client ad-slot availability now dynamically reflects broker-reserved inventory, with validation enforcing the adjusted pool.
4. Reporting & Analytics Integration
Broker ads are now fully embedded in the analytics pipeline:
- Impressions, clicks, CTR aggregated alongside client ads
- New broker identifiers across reporting collections
- Dedicated broker filtering and dashboard breakdowns
- Source-level filtering (All / Client / Broker ads)
5. Contract Automation
- Cancelling a broker contract automatically stops all related ads
- Mobile app enforces client blocks in real time during ad serving
Notifications System
- Business Portal can now generate system notifications for key platform events
- Users can instantly see when new notifications are available
- Notifications include contextual action links to simplify navigation and response
- Read/unread status tracking with the ability to purge older notifications
- Ad Brokers and Clients receive notifications for new contract requests and contract term modification proposals

- Global Spimes Map added under Spimes, B2B. This new module displays all active Spimes for a client on an interactive map.
- Hover over a Spime’s center marker to view its details.
- Right-click a center marker to edit the Spime.
- Each Spime’s radius is displayed as a circle matching its Official Display border color.
- Unpublished Spimes are shown with a faded radius color.
- For Regional Reps and Resellers, the Global Spimes Map now also displays the associated Reseller and Client when hovering over a Spime’s center marker.
- The Global Spimes Map is now overlaid on the map when creating a new Spime or editing an existing Spime, providing better spatial context.
- The Location Jumper on map screens now includes “My Default Location” as the first item, allowing quick navigation to the client’s default city.
- Map views now automatically adjust to occupy more screen space based on the user’s available screen size.
- Map zoom controls (+ / −) now render correctly in Dark Mode.
- The Avatar dropdown (top-right on all screens) now renders at the topmost layer and no longer overlaps underlying content.
